1) Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide: name, username, email address; customer support content; and collection entries you choose to save (e.g., shade/brand/price, tags, favorites, notes).
- Information collected automatically: device information, usage analytics, crash logs/diagnostics; and location (precise or approximate) only if you grant permission.
- Cookies and similar technologies (web/embedded views, if any): cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) used for login, preferences, and understanding usage.
2) Photos, Face Data, and Biometric Information
- No face recognition / biometrics: we do not perform face recognition and do not collect biometric identifiers.
- One-time processing and deletion: where photo processing is needed to provide a feature you request, it is performed for that purpose and data is deleted as described below.
- Local by default: photos are stored locally on your device by default unless you choose a feature that requires upload/processing.
- No training / marketing: we do not use photos for marketing and we do not use photos to train third-party models.
3) Optional AI / Automated Processing Features
Some features may offer automated analysis of text or images to help you organize or compare your lipstick collection (for example, extracting attributes, recognizing product information, or assisting with comparisons).
- User control: you decide whether to upload content and whether to generate results.
- Processing location: uploaded images or text are processed on our own servers controlled by BlineFlips.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share uploaded images or text with third parties for this processing.
- Deletion: we delete the uploaded images or text promptly after processing is completed, unless you explicitly choose to store the content or results for ongoing use.
4) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Service.
- Personalize your experience.
- Improve and develop the Service.
- Safety and security.
- Customer support.
- Legal compliance.
We do not sell your personal information.
5) How We Share Information
We share information only to the minimum extent necessary, including:
- With your consent.
- With service providers (processors) under contractual safeguards.
- Legal requirements and protection of rights and safety.
- Business transfers (e.g., merger or acquisition), where permitted by law.
International transfers may occur. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
6) Security and Data Retention
We use reasonable security measures such as encryption, access controls, periodic audits, and backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
- Account data: retained for the duration of your account.
- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes.
- Usage analytics: retained up to 12 months.
- Support records: retained up to 6 months.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where applicable.
